Meet Our Directors
Peter and Jennene Beuvink developed Tax Resourcing in response to the lack of a tax-specific search and recruitment service within Australia and New Zealand. Due to Tax Resourcing’s success in the Australasian tax market they now provide this service internationally alongside with other tax career specific services such as career transition and outplacement, tax mentoring, succession planning, and human capital consulting.

They both share over 22 years in tax search and tax recruitment experience. Peter, who has worked as a financial controller for a publicly listed property development company and within chartered accounting for many organisations, including the Inland Revenue Department in New Zealand, now specialises in senior executive, partner and C level appointments covering professional services (law & accounting), financial services, funds management and insurance including general, health and life. Peter is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of New Zealand, a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and a member of the Tax Institute of Australia.
Jennene has held senior financial and cost & management accounting roles for corporates in the manufacturing, marketing / distribution and property development sectors. She now specialises in assignments in tax, finance and accounting senior management, banking and finance, funds and asset management throughout Australia, Asia and the UK.
Assignments completed include Australia’s leading law and global professional services practices, global investment banks, ASX listed corporates in the funds and asset management, insurance, and resources sectors. Jennene is also qualified Chartered Accountant and has a particular interest in the financial investment markets.
