Upon initiating a recruitment service from Tax Resourcing, we discuss a detailed brief from the client, to ensure we are looking for the exact person you are seeking. This takes into account, skills, experience, qualifications and cultural fit. Our specialised tax recruiters then advertise for the role, through specialised tax job portals such as taxvacancies.com. We also consider tax professionals in our database whom we know are considering a career change. Our recruitment consultants then asses the applications, and of those suitable, contact and interview the applicants. Out of those interviewed, the most suitable for the role are presented to the client along with their CV and qualification information. We interview all our candidates prior to presenting them to a client for internal interviews to ensure you are only presented with relevant, qualified tax professionals. Only the candidates that have fulfilled the briefing criteria make this list, we take steps to ensure not to bombard you with lengthy irrelevant lists.
Once the client is ready to move forward our tax recruitment consultants then arrange necessary interviews and meetings between the client and candidate, and conduct candidate reference checks. Once both parties are satisfied with the role, our qualified consultants will negotiate a contract between the client and the candidate to ensure all terms are agreed upon, and to secure the right tax professional for position.
